ARC Industries Inc. of Franklin County Ohio

Mission: To help people with disabilities achieve their life goals. We do that by supporting individuals as they access the community where they live and work, helping them develop independence, self-advocacy and skills important to employment and community membership.

Project: To support community inclusion for individuals with developmental disabilities through program development, activity implementation, and community outreach projects.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Columbus, Inc.

Mission: To give young people the support, guidance, tools, and skills to succeed in life. We provide comprehensive, affordable after school and summer programming for youth ages 6 through 18.

Project: To build brand awareness through a digital recruitment campaign.

Communities In Schools of Ohio

Mission: To work directly inside schools and build relationships that empower students to succeed inside and outside the classroom.

Project: To plan, promote, and conduct summer family engagement events and activities.

Cultivate CDC

Mission: To be a collaborative community resource in Milo-Grogan that partners with residents and stakeholders to know neighbors, foster local leadership, and ensure a vibrant neighborhood for all.

Project: To lead summer programing at the Milo-Grogan network of gardens.

Equality Ohio Education Fund

Mission: To identify and transform systems and institutions so LGBTQ+ Ohioans can fully access legal and lived equality.

Project: To support outreach, education, and organizing efforts for LGBTQ+ Ohioans.

Ethiopian Tewahedo Social Services

Mission: To be the focal point of integration for immigrants, refugee families, and low income individuals in Central Ohio in order to improve the quality of their lives, to facilitate their integration through education, training, supportive services, and self-development opportunities, and to increase the awareness of their culture and heritage in Central Ohio.

Project: To assist with fundraising, correspondence, social media, and marketing collateral creation for two events.

Local Matters

Mission: To create healthy communities through food education, access, and advocacy.

Project: To create a program operations manual for new food education programs.

My Project USA

Mission: To develop leaders that serve the community while keeping themselves and their peers safe from social vices.

Purpose: To coordinate summer programming for youth.

Ohio Humanities Council

Mission: To advocate for the public humanities in Ohio by promoting the humanities through public programs, grants, and community projects with the goal of helping individuals and communities explore, share, and be inspired by the human experience.

Project: To create a statewide digital resource integrating STEM and the humanities for K-12 students.

Peggy R. McConnell Worthington Center for the Arts

Mission: To change lives and make memories through creative arts experiences.

Project: To provide support for the Outdoor Summer Series and implementation of the summer camp.

Riverview International Center Inc.

Mission: to empower New Americans by supporting individuals, strengthening families and nurturing community.

Project: To lead the summer program for elementary children and the summer reading program for older students.

Seeds of Caring

Mission: We engage children ages 2-12 through a variety of service, social action, and community-building experiences.

Project: To provide social-emotional education to children ages 5-12 through service-based learning projects.

Siemer Institute

Mission: To prevent family homelessness and school instability by providing grant funding, conducting best practices research, and offering training to our partners in more than 50 communities across the country.

Project: To develop a best practice report for organizations engaging in family stability work, and to create an issue brief that identifies topics important for future research.

Simply Living

Mission: To connect people to learning opportunities that promote sustainability, environmental justice, and our local economy.

Project: To create a sustainable business directory for central Ohio.

Speak for the Unspoken

Mission: foster-based rescue, devoted to special needs animal rescue and education focusing rescue efforts on special needs dogs and cats, double merle dogs born with vision and/or hearing deficits due to poor breeding practices.

Project: To develop a robust volunteer process inclusive of creating a marketing plan, applications, waivers, data management processes, training and operating manuals.
